i think celebrating others events is my favorite thing.
there is something really awesome about keeping a good secret from someone you love.
jay's birthday is always my favorite.
he is so chill + so against attention,
which is completely opposite of how i want to celebrate it.
but we find a middle ground ;)
he woke up to me singing HB + his favorite,
breakfast from McDonalds.
i used to think that was really yucky, but he introduced me to a sausage mcmuffin
+ i get it now.
can i just say again how chill + great jay is?
some of our best friends actually had THEIR BABY yesterday
+ i got the amazing privilege to film + capture it.
unreal.
but that also meant that i had my mind on it all morning, afternoon + evening.
which also meant that it was just jay + i celebrating his best day.
i appreciate this husband of mine.
he is loving + understanding on HIS birthday.
maybe i'm a brat, but birthday's have always meant a lot to me
+ selfishly i may not have been as understanding as him,
but that's just my jaybaby.
he is wonderful + happy + chill, easy to please + just the best dang husband i've got.
love his to the moon and back.
we made his favorite food, homemade pizza,
drank way too much soda + watched movies.
just what he likes.
+ while i'm a lets go out + celebrate, kind of person, i'm sure glad i married a man
who appreciated the simple things of life + loves it.
also couldn't pass up the opportunity to make another video for him.
